There are 2 commands to control model detail, the first of the 2 commands is
r_rootlod, this command controls at what quality the model is loaded into
memory, then there's r_lod, which controls at what quality the model is
pushed through the graphics card. Ofcourse it cant be pushed through the
graphics card at a higher level then what its tored in memory at.

Additionally r_lod has a variable value of -1, which will change the quality
of the model depending on the distance of this model. Nearby will be the
quality stored in memory, further away the quality will decline. For both
variables, 0 is the highest quality possible, and I believe 5 is the worst.
