Thanks for the heads-up, but just think about this for a second. They are stealing accounts. Do you think they use their own personal accounts when they steal MORE accounts? Banning the ID's of the accounts they steal is only going to cause the rightful owners of those accounts, the victims, more problems when they recover those accounts. By all means, ban them if they use those accounts to abuse your server, but being "proactive" in this case is not a great idea.
