I'm not talking about me specific, just things I observe on our servers.

The things I personally come across are mostly loadouts not available.

Exit your Steam client and delete everything except for the main
Steam.exe, steamapps folder, and userdata folder. I do this every week
or so and I've never gotten a no-steam-login kick nor VAC messages. The
people that do complain that I have seen (and that this "fix" doesn't
help for them), are running Windows XP, so it might be a Steam bug with
that old OS.
