Sure:
1; Select the brushes that you want.
2; Select the Vertex Tool.
3; Create a selection box around the vertexes you want to move together.
4; Hit enter.
5; Now drag or use the arrows to move them.

Be careful with this. It is possible and easy to create invalid solid 
structures this way.
