Hello Lawrence,

now it is cleared. Klaus is right with K466 as K482 has horns in Eb only.
The Romanze of K.466 is a very simple horn part in Bb-alto. It is stated such 
in NMA
(New Mozart edition). And the first horn part does not exceed a written e2 = 
our F-Horn a2.

Answers everything. The other two movements require horns in D. And the 
trumpets are silent in the Romanze anyway.
