Well again:

Military band, out door concert in the afternoon, high horn parts,
first horn plays one octave lower sometimes.
Next morning report:
Msgt: "Commander, first horn played one octave lower in yesterdays concert !"
Maj.: (whispering) "What is an octave ?"
Msgt.:(whispering back) "Eight notes !"
Maj.: (screeming) "Private XXX, you have played the concert ONE OCTAVE lower !
I would tolerate one note or two notes lower, BUT NOT ONE OCTAVE ! ARREST
TWO DAYS !!!"
