Thanks again Hans. (and everyone else who helped). The gig is tomorrow and all I have is a copy of the 1st horn part which is titled "Piano Concerto No. 20" and no other details.
We're doing the gig on natural horns and look forward to the contrast in tone quality between the D and Bb horns.
