Pfafftown is not really a town. It's a region west of Winston-Salem served by the Pfafftown post office. You are said to live in Pfafftown if the last line of your address is PFAFFTOWN, NC 27040. Nobody knows exactly what it is except the USPS. I don't think very many horn players live here. :-D
