No I cannot give you a wholesale response with a high degree of certainty;
I can only say that with a high degree of probability;)  I have never
actively pursued it, and I have never encountered it either.

Man, you are quick; did you pull it out of your sleeve?-)  Yes I will
certainly test it exhaustively, but unfortunately I have a hectic day
ahead of me today, so I will start sometime this evening.  I have placed
the patch in the patch site under 3.1.4 folder as defaults.cc.0.
