Matty,
You are NOT the only person to have recorded a hum. Many hums have been
recorded. I could easily record 4 in my house, from identifiable sources.
The Hum cannot be recorded, as it is not an sound present outside of a
sufferers inner ear.
There are many places in the world that are hundreds of kilometres from any
engines/generators/ports/civilisation, or whatever you audible hum is. Hums
and The Hum are TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.
