Dee, You may give weight to this report but for something so high ranking and in depth- it's really strange that nobody corrected the mistake that hearing range is 20Hz [ rather than 20KHz ] to 16KHz. If such an obvious howler is left on file for so long- what 'isn't being said', too? Smoking Guns are still needed and a few words of admission about possibilities are not really that impressive. They state many times long distance is' hundreds of meters'- and RF can be screened against, as is known. Hum is generally perceived as long distance and un-screenable. It's easy to keep throwing up challenges, unspecified- and say if the respondent can't allay your fears or agree with a general overview, they are then implicated. Sticking Peace at the end makes no difference. If I wanted Peace-I wouldn't try to deal with this at all.
