Trev why the continued misinfo. WHY? The report was 1998. Technology has come a very very long way in 10 short years. Computer algorithms do the work of the human brain. What use to take a human brain years to get to the next step, a computer algorithm can work it out in hrs,days or wks.
What is implicated is why you want to pretend 10 years haven't gone by since that admission and that the probablity is that the TECHNOLOGY HAS ALSO ADVANCED OVER THE COURSE OF THAT SAME 10 YR PERIOD AND THAT WE NEED TO USE THAT UNCLASSIFIED REPORT AS A BASIS OF LOOKING FOR ANSWERS. That Dept of Army unclassified document gives us a glimpse into their science and we should be using it to our advantage and not devaluing it as a whole.
