Yes the chips are tunable.  That means they would be affected by RF
or MW
pulses.  Switch on Switch off or the governments metric of Go/NoGo.
They are
forcing new vaccines of school age children of articles I read
recently here
in US.  Chips do have the capacity to emit as well as receive might be
a thought
to consider.
