IAM is probably too expensive. We are still downsizing. And in the "all hands" meeting today, the big boss of IT said that one way to avoid layoffs is to reduce other costs, such as hardware and software. How bad? I was, mildly, pressured to give up the company on-call cell phone and get my own. I did.
