I have implemented a Wiki on a Windows server. I did not use JSPWiki, but a simplier one called pmwiki. I liked it. I have a number of Wiki articles on it. The others in my group refuse to learn how to use it. It's just "too hard" and "MS Word works for me". And, of course, I have __no__ support from management at all.
