The DCBD macro provides a mapping of the DCB. However, what the open
DCB contains is the offset to the TIOT entry, rather than the actual
address, so you'll have to add the offset to the TIOT address to get
the address of the entry. As I recall the TIOT mapping macro is
IEFTIOT1.
