I say that because someone who posts to this list (who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty) managed to kill an LPAR after double checking that they had the correct LPAR. Good thing it was the TEST LPAR (which of course had some production type thing being done on it). Even sysprogs, with a good night sleep, non-critical time, and second cuppa joe in hand can (and do) hit the wrong button.
