Yes. Customer needs to fix a business-critical COBOL program. Despite all attempts, the compiler refuses to compile, despite the COBOL being 100% correct. Or there is an LE bug, perhaps. To me, this is SEV1. My company is hurting big time. If it is bad enough, it might even result in regulatory fines. OK, that is contrived. Most shops would figure out a work-around. <rant>But perhaps IBM has completed its "let's dumb down the customer" and there are no real COBOL people around anymore at this location.
