But, should the JCL CI be updated so when I code REGION=16385K
I get 16,385,000 bytes (rounded up to a page boundary),
And when I code REGION=16385KI I get 16385x1024?

OTOH, I shudder whenever I read in the PoOp that bit 31 of
the TOD clock toggles once per megamicrosecond (sic, IIRC).
