Ask IBM to fix DB2 and MQ to use reusable LXs

Since DB2 does not use a reuseable LX, it cannot be called from a job using a
reuseable ASID. Most annoying.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.

I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.
