It seemed to work without error with NOW on the SEND but changing that to
NOWADAYS...
SEND 'MESSAGE' USER(FOO) NOWADAYS
INVALID KEYWORD, NOWADAYS
SEND RETURNED CC 92
(typo '7' removed)

If true, then "10.2 Writing error routines" in the CLIST manual is in
