Let's imagine I started coding some programs on z/OS. Of course it would
be very unlikely to use zIIP without documentation how to do it, but it
is still possible.
So my program use zIIP.
Well, further coding caused my program calls other workload "from a
zIIP-eligible state". Did I broke any agreement? Remeber, as a regular
user I have no special agreement, no "proper license" - just legal copy
of z/OS and assembler.
