Any work we do in this area, to force users instead of abending, will
not change our recommendations for configuring appropriately for
paging. Airbags were not invented so one could drive like an idiot.

And Rob has a good point about what people would notice and
that will be part of the challenge, getting their attention.

However, part of it is buying a little more time to react. Often the
odd scenario that creates this takes you from 90% full to abend in
the time it takes to figure out who to call. Also, I'll be looking
into how z/OS handles the scenario as some customers feel z/OS
handles it with more grace (or is it mercy).
