Detaching a VCTCA destroys the device. Do a CP SEND TCPIP DEFINE CTC 2003, and
then try to couple it from the other virtual machine as Kris describes.

Subject: CTC again

OK, I'm stuck. Detached an existing CTC from TCPIP but can't see to get
it reattached/redefined... It was defined as a CTC for a linux guest
and now I'm trying to connect it to a second level VM. I did this as
suggested yesterday:

SET SECUSER TCPIP MAINT
SEND CP TCPIP DET 2030
SEND CP TCPIP DET 2031

Thought I could do this:
SEND CP TCPIP ATT 2030 TO VMTEST AS 2000
but obviously, that isn't right. So, how do I get 2030 reattached to
TCPIP for VMTEST???
