We do something similar for TPF guests and have, under some
circumstances gotten the message, "DMSCIT171T Permanent console error;
re-IPL CMS", before the other commands in the string completed. This has
been a source of confusion to our users who, by and large, are naive. By
doing something that causes a virtual system reset before the TERM
command, that problem has been eliminated.
