Barton, As you know, we do have a good performance monitor. It is just that, unfortunately for you, it is not the one that you provide. Don't flame me for that one - it was a commercial rather than technical decision and I had no input into that. The fact remains that I can search the performance monitor we do have for information - if I have some clue what I am looking for. The system is peaking high supervisor state activity on processor 0 (we can also see this on the SAD display) for significant periods of time. I have exhausted all the likely causes that I know and I am now looking for new ideas on what to look for.
