I am dropping this thread, through out the discussion i had only received naive replies, ppl replying not clear about concepts themselves and blaming me for not framing the question properly. Any way i got my answer from another mailing list(non-kernel) that too without refrasing my questions. This list seems to be a bad place to ask questions on technical standards.
