Whoever owns the server that hosts these lists may also be paying by the
byte for their internet usage.  Every byte that you don't trim gets
multiplied by several hundred when it hits the list server, and gets
redistributed to everyone on the list.  It's a free service, maybe we should
be gentle with it, so that it doesn't stop being free or stop existing all
together.

Also, one thing that separates the Macintosh Experience from the Torment
that is using Windows is simplicity and attention to detail.  Taking the
little extra time to make sure that your list messages are neat and well
organized and simple and good is a way of showing the world that the Mac
Force is with you.
