Besides, when your Applecare runs out, your machine will be 4 years 
old; or about 8 generations behind the then-current machines, which 
will probably be running on G6 chips at 25 GHz, have 24" HD displays 
(either lcd or plasma), come with 50 TB "hard drive" storage, 5 GB 
ram standard, Firewire 1600 for less than $1500.00
