I can help you with part of this: PEOF stands for Physical End of File. It means that 
DFA found a file that is corrupted (has a shorted EOF than is expected) and cannot 
recover the missing data. In short, something is hosed.

YOu don't have to, because DW won't be able to help with this. The solution is to 
identify the corrupted file and delete or replace it. I can't help you much there, I'm 
afraid.
