Well, it has 320 Mb of RAM. I took out the 64 Mb one, but the problem persists. I'm trying the solutions from the Apple website, but it still doesn't boot past the blue screen. However, I started from the OS 9 CD, and switched the start up disk to OS 9. It now starts fine from OS 9. I think I'll do a CD back up of the things that interest me, and will do a reformat and new clean install when the 'new' iMac arrives. (sigh)
