I like to look at the news slide-presentations on Yahoo from time
to time, but lately, the window that opens when I click to go to
the slide presentation doesn't seem to "work" properly:
1. I don't have a scroll bar for scrolling through the text that
tells about the slide (to the right of the slide itself)
2. The new window is not full size, and I cannot resize it (the
green + button on the upper left corner of the screen is inactive
and I cannot drag the edges or corners to change the window's size)
3. And it is clear that not everything is fitting properly in the
window as it is, as there are portions of text and graphics barely
showing at the bottom of the window.
I've recently upgraded from OSX 10.3.8 to 10.3.9.
Safari version is 1.3.1
With Mozilla 1.2.1, I have no problem: the window is small as with
Safari, but the scroll bar for scrolling through the slide text is
clearly visible, and all of the other text, images, etc. clearly
fit into the smaller window.
It isn't you, it does the same thing for me & I am running Tiger with
Safari 2.0.1.
