Actually, all should work in the iMac. The ATA spec is backwards
compatible, so a faster controller can use slower drives and faster
drives can be connected to a slower controller.
That said, I *think* the slot load iMacs are ATA/100, but I can't find
anything to validate my memory. They *might* be ATA/66. I'm fairly sure
they are not ATA/33 or ATA/133.
I'm using ATA/133 in my 400mhz and have used ATA/100 also. Both appear
to work fine.
