Many thanks to all who replied so swiftly and cogently to my request
for justifications for staying with an all-Mac office. Most of the
points made were already known, just not defensible by solid evidence
from credible sources. I'll continue to watch for others that bolster
the points already made, but now the job - as some of you understood -
is to fight off the Wintel crowd, who of course don't have to keep
everything going anywhere - they either just sell the stuff and/or the
support services or wouldn't even recognize when their own machines
have been 0wnd.

Also thanks to those who suggested refurb equipment. I've not done
that before, but have always bought AppleCare for the systems now in
use.

Finally, the current system replaced 2 old Wintel systems that were so
infested with viruses/trojans/spyware that they took more than 5
minutes to boot, so "been there, done that". The folks who oppose
staying the course now weren't around to experience those nasty days,
though.

This group indeed ROCKS!

Regards,
Ramon
