I have this G3 400 MHz iMac slot load computer. I paid a few bucks for it and I made the mistake of meeting the seller and not actually seeing the computer run but I was assured it was OK. I have had lots of iMacs but I have never heard one with such a loud buzzing noise that appears to be coming from the back of the machine. Bad CRT or power supply? I have no real what idea what is going on. It boots up fine and I can see all the files so I am pretty sure it is not the hard drive making this noise. Any ideas?
