I have had one of our employees set this value to 5min and it worked for him but other users weren't so lucky. Help Imail

He can send and receive mail fine from his work computer. This has always led me to believe that it was an issue with his particular version of Outlook Express. After the same sort of exhaustive testing we told him to upgrade his Outlook Express to the latest 5.5 release. I'm only have this problem across 1 domain at the moment. Not all of the accounts are having the problem, only about 1/3 of them. The accounts are all setup properly in the server, and on the client (this has been double, triple, and quadruple checked). :) Any ideas?
