[IMail Forum] Error Connecting to Mail Server

Hello All,
  We recently setup imail and it seems to be setup correctly.  The thing is
though, that our customers are having problems where sometimes they just
can't connect to the mail server.  The recieve an error that says can't
connect to mail.blah.com.  They wait five minutes and it works though, it
appears to just sort of be random.  Any ideas on why this would be
happening and or how to keep it from happening would be greatly appreciated.
