It looks to me like the web
messaging log files, Ipswitch being into "standards based computing", are just
standard NCSA log files, attackable by any WebTrends, MediaHouse, type of log
analyzer. but I haven't tried yet.

don't have information related to where a user sends mail. There is some useful
information in these log files
like the browser
and version information, but it
doesn't show where a user
sent mail as far as I can
tell.
What I'd like to see is web messaging moved from a file
based system to a standalone application
using the standard protocols.
This would allow for greater
flexibility.
