No, the fresh install fixed the services problem, and the
services now start and we can run IMail admin, but the long
file name problem and the "-" in the user ID still are
unresolved.  We will have to wait until Ipswich comes back
to work on Monday to try and get an answer.   We sent a
message a 10 days ago to the email support but have not
heard anything back.  Still waiting.

solved?   Just
wondering because we're soon be upgrading and want to know
