And history repeats itself....
In 4 days I have seen this very same problem with 4 different users.
Quentin, could you please find out what ipswitch is doing about it? I have
to have a support person on-call constantly 'just in case' the mail server
needs rebooting again.

The mailboxes are stored in e:\imail\domain.name\....

A pop-up box during send requests 'username' and password for outgoing mail.
