Anthony,
After looking at the other messages posted concerning this problem, do your
users have Netscape set to remember their userId and password and also do
they have the option checked for My Server requires or uses Authentication(I
think this is in Netscape) if not have them select both or these and see
what happens. This problem have been tested numerous of times and the error
could not be duplicated. I'll check into in again.
