[IMail Forum] host unreachable

I have a client who is getting host unreachable.  She is the only one having that problem.  Also, my wife is trying to log on via the web from her work.  I tried using port 80 and port 8383.  It is currently on port 83.  When I log on from the current machine it says it logs on fine, but when she logs on she gets “user [EMAIL PROTECTED] can’t be authenticated.”  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.   Thank you,   Joel M.
