[IMail Forum] Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E Host Unreachable

One of my clients is trying to send mail out through our smtp server.  They are getting a host unreachable error: Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E The knowledge base spit out the following answer: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WSK-19980714-EM17.htm   I have no clue.  Our host is not down, so is the problem on her end?  Is there something that can be done?
