Sorry, I do not know why!! That is why I'm asking you questions!

Did you get the templates from our FTP site, or are you using those that
came with your IMail V6.0x? I would recommend you get the tmplt602.zip file
from our site (ftp.ipswitch.com/ipswitch/product/support/imail) and unzip
them into a clean \imail\web directory.

You too, could be suffering some 'broken' or noisy conection that causes
incorrect data to be sent/received by IMail. I'd try the 'Ignore source
address...', too.
