Don,
How do you 'connect' to IMail? This one sounds a bit like what might happen
with AOL and its proxies (are you passing through one?). Might try the
'Ignore Source Address...' in the Web MSG Service (v6.0x), Web MSG Manager
(V5.0x). Don't forget to stop/start the Web Service before testing. W2*.log
files might tell you more, too (maybe not, I've not seen one in this case!).

Are you using the V5 templates with the V5. IMail and V6 templates with V6
IMail? I would suggest that for best performance/least problems in your
system.
