I used to dial-up with AT&T about two years ago. I also used my company's
smtp server for sending mail. Well, when I started with AT&T that stopped
working.  Yes, I can confirm that.

One good thing is that you hardly ever find SPAM coming from AT&T users.
This was explained to me the reason why they block port 25.
