I worked with a hosting company which provided POP e-mail accounts and
websites but no SMTP. The instructions on the website showed people how to
setup the pop account to receive from their servers but send through the
local ISP's smtp server.  The smtp server doesn't care what return address
they use in their e-mail program, it just sends the mail.
