Mark,

I agree with most of your statements.  In addition to your statements
regarding support there are outstanding issues with the product itself that
are now three versions old.  100% CPU usage, IMAP DOS, and other issues
which lead me to believe that there is no real development going on at
IPSwitch regarding Imail.  I suspect they are looking for a buyout or to
shut down, but I have no proof.

Just my opinion...
