I am not defending IpSwitch.....just making the point that some of the 
issues are valid.  People are not complaining just to complain, there are 
issues involved so don't be too quick to criticize when maybe it's you who 
does not have the facts.

I was very discouraged when I called and got the "training" message.  I 
personally think that is not an acceptable solution.  I however do not 
characterize their support as HORRIBLE, needing work, yes.  As to the other 
major items outstanding from previous versions they concern me also, and 
hope they have them fixed soon but will give them the benefit of the doubt 
since I know how difficult it is to develop products.
