And I still think so. For proper security, your server should not even
have an external IP address. ALL email should go out the same route,
unless your IMail machine is a gateway for another internal email
server. Otherwise, there is no email to go "in", only "out". IMail sends
mail out to the router or firewall, and that device determines whether
the address in internal or external, and which port to send it to. It's
a router issue, and your mail server has too many interfaces on it.
